Emerson Network Power Warranty Procedures for Defective Micro UPS units

Please note the standard warranty on the listed UPS units is 2 Years from end user invoice date. Models covered:

  • Liebert Powersure Proactive
  • Liebert Powersure Interactive
  • Liebert Upstation GXT2 and GXT3 series up to and including 3000VA
  • Liebert Upstation GXT2 and GXT3 series 5000,6000 and 10000 (Note 1)(Note 2)
  • Liebert Nfinity series (Note 1) (Note 2)

You will be then connected to the next available operator.

Customer or End user will require following information to provide to the operator:

  • Valid Serial number of defective unit
  • Delivery address
  • Company Name
  • Complete address
  • Contact Person
  • Contact Number
  • Email address
  1. A unique claim number is issued providing all information provided is correct
  2. Replacement unit will be shipped within 10 Working Days
  3. Once replacement arrives and is put into service, Customer or End User needs to call Warranty Support Line to advise unit has arrived and defective unit is ready for collection.

Notes:

  1. For models which are permanently wired in by an electrician, the warranty conditions do not cover for costs of electrical disconnection or re-instatement.
  2. For models GXT2or3 -10000R, GXT2or3-10000T, and Nfinity, optional warranty labour cover may be purchased at the time of original sale. This covers for the travel and re-instatement labour costs only, associated with a unit replacement due to a warranty claim, by trained Emerson Network Power staff
